Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 5 years of experience building integrated systems throughout the entire lifecycle (e.g., analyze, design, build, test, implement, and support).

Preferred qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in systems, applications, and products (SAP) suite 4 high-performance analytic appliance (S/4 HANA) finance and controlling (FICO), SAP group reporting or business planning and consolidation (BPC), SAP SAC.
• Experience working with and influencing cross-functional teams to define requirements and manage technical projects.
  
• Experience defining and identifying new opportunities to improve domain critical KPIs.
  
• Knowledge on record to report in general ledger, period close, US generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) accounting, consolidation and external reporting and cash reconciliation processes (SAP EBR).
• Excellent technical process analysis skills to translate business requirements into comprehensive solution architecture.

Acting as an autonomous technical owner, you will design and scale critical capabilities such as secure onboarding workflows, knowledge graphs, and agentic endpoints while working across engineering and product boundaries to ensure these components reliably power autonomous AI reasoning and cross-domain business workflows.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects to improve finance processes that the company manages through the business applications it builds and uses. Work on a range of different types of projects and business processes.
• Partner with internal business teams in developing delivery roadmaps, defining business processes and associated system requirements.
• Organize and manage project work to drive predictable delivery.
• Participate in system implementation projects (requirements documentation, systems configuration, test documentation/execution, issue identification and resolution).
• Plan, prioritize, and deliver systems enhancements. Support and upgrade implemented systems.
