As a Business Program Manager for Global Data Centers, you will support our facilities technicians, managing agreements of all facility related systems. You will plan cost control and agreement management for maintenance tasks and small projects, and work with the site environment, health and safety department to ensure safety operations. You will have a pivotal role in ensuring that contractors deliver quality services according to agreed key performance indicators and that safety measures are being performed.The AI and Infrastructure team is redefining what's possible. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $90,500-$128,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage project goals and deliverables through a structured timeline roadmap to align stakeholder expectations, communicate plans and co-ordinate resources.
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to diagnose work problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and evaluate program impact.
- Execute comprehensive risk identification and assessment activities covering budget, schedule, resource, and technical risks while developing mitigation plans and tracking their evolution and influence on project/program objectives.
- Establish and monitor stakeholder-aligned processes, drive accountability across teams, secure resources, ensure compliance with privacy policies, identify improvement, opportunities, and promote the adoption of optimized workflows.
