Job Description:
Essential Job Functions:\n•\tCollaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, with a focus on developing and maintaining critical components.\n•\tWork with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, actively participating in design and code reviews.\n•\tContribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.\n•\tParticipate in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications.\n•\tDebug and resolve complex production issues, working closely with senior engineers and support teams.\n•\tStay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, researching and proposing innovative solutions.\n•\tAssist in mentoring and guiding junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise.\n•\tTake ownership of challenging technical tasks and collaborate on architectural decisions.

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role years of relevant software engineering experience\n•\tProficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies \n•\tProficiency in coding and debugging complex software components\n•\tFamiliarity with software development practices and methodologies\n•\tStrong problem-solving and analytical skills\n•\tEffective communication and teamwork abilities\n•\tEagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a related field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications or training a plus
