Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, technology, or a similar field.
• Experience creating insights using SQL and other problem-solving tools to present findings and recommendations.

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in planning, consulting, investment banking, or similar data-driven business roles.
• Experience with SQL and other database, scripting, or business intelligence tools.
• Ability to influence business leadership with investigative skills, combined with business judgment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to construct simple and impactful messages from complex analysis.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $153,000-$222,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  Influence executive-level decision making through deep, scalable, and actionable analytical insights into core business decisions such as prioritization of growth opportunities.

  Provide insights to the business through analysis of bookings, activity, and product data to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams.
  
  
• Serve as a thought partner to Sales Leadership, translating operational cadences into actionable insights and spearheading proactive initiatives that accelerate revenue growth.
• Planning, goal setting, territory design, expansion plans and managing the rhythm of the business activities, such as weekly pipeline reviews, monthly revenue forecasts, staff meetings, MBRs, QBRs and other cadences.

  Structure and communicate ambiguous business issues to advise the AI Sales leadership team.
