- Write clear and complete product requirements documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and agile ceremonies in partnership with engineering squads
- Translate advertiser, sales, and client feedback into prioritized product requirements and backlog items
- Define KPIs and success metrics for each capability and track performance against them post-launch
- Partner with Data & Insights on instrumentation, A/B testing, and measurement of product features
- Collaborate with UX and design to ensure advertiser-facing tooling is intuitive and low-friction, especially for self-serve workflows
- Communicate roadmap status, delivery risks, and tradeoff decisions to senior stakeholders clearly and proactively
- Conduct user research and synthesize findings into product decisions and backlog priorities
- Contribute to reusable product templates, requirement frameworks, and delivery best practices
Qualification
Here's what you need:

- Experience implementing or integrating product and tech partners into a ground zero or existing ad tech stack and workflows
- Action-oriented product leader with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Strong organizational and delivery skills, with experience managing complex, multi-workstream product initiatives
- Retail Media experience from a sell-side perspective, with a focus on product development, planning, and best-in-class execution
- Data-driven decision maker, using client performance data and industry knowledge to inform product priorities and tradeoffs
- Collaborative team leader, excelling in multi-disciplinary, cross-functional environments
- Entrepreneurial and product-minded, with the ability to think creatively and pragmatically to solve complex problems
