Job Description
This is an onsite role in Rutland, VT, seeking a motivated, self-starting individual to support complex applications by analyzing issues, developing solutions, and clearly communicating progress and outcomes to both team members and clients.

Responsibilities
Provide support to client users for Netsmart's MyEvolv EHR, Oracle Health EHR and Oracle Health Revenue Cycle to ensure maximum efficiency in the use of those applications. Respond to requests for support by client users. Test and coordinate testing of new releases of Third Party and Oracle Health Applications. Log bugs against applications and follow up with IT and Development. Monitor future application releases. Train client users on features of applications. Maintain applications responsibilities based on work group of user. Act as reporting resource. Represent client users at Data Center meetings, client user meetings at quarter end and whenever necessary. Troubleshoot technical issues with HL7 interfaces and BMDI transactions.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $24.62 to $48.03 per hour; from: $51,200 to $99,900 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
