Customer Service Associate(s)

Location: Santa Isabel (location is non-negotiable)

Accenture is currently seeking Customer Service Associates with a customer service, supply chain, and/or purchasing background to include experience with quotes, returns and/or SAP administrative support.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage the end-to-end processes and ensure high quality deliverables
• Collaborate and coordinate with the stakeholders to gather necessary information
• Serve as a central point of contact for inquiries and updates
• Track deadlines and ensure timely submission
• Review documents for compliance with requirements and standards
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, return merchandise authorization (RMA) and proposals tracking with vendors.
• Complete tasks within SAP related to system assignments and part scheduling

Job Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen

Qualification

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-year of Customer Service, Supply Chain and/or Buyer experience
• Minimum of 1-year experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic understanding of inventory management
• Familiarity with return management systems
• Microsoft office experience to include Excel and Word
• Experience in the A&D industry

Professional Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer issues and vendors disputes effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage tasks simultaneously

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
