The Role and Impact
As the Working Capital and Cash Flow Senior Financial Analyst your role will be focused on analyzing working capital and cash flow drivers across AR, AP, inventory, and capital spending.
The role partners closely with Corporate Planning and Finance stakeholders to support forecasting of cash from customers and assess the cash impact of working capital initiatives on cash flow and cash on hand. You will play a pivotal role in driving Intel's financial strategy and decision-making, contributing directly to the company's long-term success.
Your expertise in financial analysis and modeling will enable our business teams to translate strategic goals into actionable plans that optimize risk and reward. By integrating operational outcomes with financial performance, you will help shape and improve processes that are central to Intel's growth and innovation.
The successful candidate will need strong analytical judgment, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to connect financial analysis to real cash outcomes. They will also need to be a trusted partner who influences decisions without formal authority and delivers decision quality insights.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Partner with business teams to develop financial and operating plans aligned with Intel's strategic objectives.
- Perform detailed analysis of business performance compared to budgets and forecasts, identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Benchmark key performance indicators with internal and external peers to provide insights and recommendations.
- Execute financial process improvements by creating and maintaining tools for analysis and recommending automation solutions.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and sensitivity analyses for various scenarios to support business teams in decision-making.
- Lead in-depth analyses that inform performance management discussions, driving improvement in operational and financial outcomes.
- Create automated reports using business intelligence tools to deliver actionable insights into business performance.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries to integrate financial strategies into operational plans, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Qualifications:
You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel's immigration sponsorship.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field with 6+ years of experience - OR -
- Master's degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience or a PhD with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience in financial modeling, data analysis, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or SAP.
- Experience in forecasting processes and the execution of global financial processes/projects.
- Advanced technical skills in finance and accounting, with the ability to perform complex analyses.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in cost systems
- Experience with continual process improvement and business process management.
- Background in using or implementing SAP S4 Hana and other ERP systems.
- Ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and manage cross-functional initiatives
- Strong communication skills, business acumen, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $116,160.00-195,980.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
