Job Description

As a User Experience Lead, you will be responsible for leading prototype work and other software engineering solutions that create an optimized user experience. You will translate design concepts to prototype solutions as quickly and tangibly as possible, with a balanced understanding of technical feasibility implications and design intent. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovative thinking and problem-solving.
• Conduct regular user research to gather insights and feedback to inform design decisions.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills and promote professional growth.
• Develop and maintain design documentation to ensure consistency and clarity across projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve user experience strategies.

This role is 100% on-site in Columbus, OH.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with UX Design
• High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor s Degree in relevant field of studies.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey or Washington as set forth below.
