The Work

Serve as a senior industry authority-shaping Accenture's point of view on nuclear generation, influencing market strategy, and advising C-suite leaders on how to modernize operations, enhance fleet performance, and navigate regulatory, workforce, and technology shifts. - Lead large-scale transformation programs for nuclear generation clients, orchestrating multidisciplinary teams across strategy, operations, digital, and technology to design and deliver solutions that materially improve safety, reliability, cost efficiency, and plant performance.
- Build deep and recognized expertise in the Nuclear industry-contributing provocative thought leadership that shapes the market conversation and strengthens our brand.
- Define and drive enterprise-level architectures and operating models across nuclear work management, maintenance, outage execution, asset management, configuration control, and capital project delivery-ensuring alignment with industry standards, INPO guidance, and NRC expectations.
- Oversee complex functional design and integration initiatives, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable digital applications, advanced analytics use cases, and modernized nuclear systems landscapes.
- Own executive client relationships, guiding senior decision makers, establishing joint transformation roadmaps, and serving as a trusted advisor on both long-term strategy and near-term operational challenges.
- Lead business development by shaping go-to-market strategies, crafting differentiated proposals, supporting account planning, and driving revenue growth within the Utilities & Energy portfolio.
- Mentor and develop talent, building the next generation of nuclear consulting practitioners, fostering a culture of technical rigor, safety focus, and delivery excellence, and serving as the senior sponsor for team performance and career development.
- Represent Accenture in the marketplace by contributing to thought leadership, industry forums, regulatory discussions, and partnerships with technology providers that accelerate innovation in nuclear generation.
Here's What You Need
- 12+ years of Power Generation experience, with significant depth in nuclear plant operations, engineering, maintenance, or fleet performance improvement, including recognized depth as either a thought leader or subject matter expert in the industry.
- 8+ years advising or leading client-facing initiatives, including responsibility for strategy development, program leadership, or enterprise transformation.
- Deep expertise in nuclear work management (work planning, scheduling, maintenance strategies, work package development, and execution) with fluency across INPO processes and industry best practices.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear asset management, equipment reliability (ER), configuration management, and system health programs.
- Experience leading or advising Nuclear Capital Projects, including coordination among NSSS vendors, Owner/Operators, EPC/AE firms, and regulatory bodies.
- Proven experience with major project delivery frameworks-including integrated project schedules, PLM and configuration tools, construction management processes, document controls, and digital project oversight.
- Ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary teams, manage senior client stakeholders, and deliver high-impact outcomes with minimal oversight.
- Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred (MBA, Engineering, or related field), OR equivalent work experience.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Experience serving as a trusted advisor to senior nuclear executives (CNO, Site VP, Engineering/Maintenance Directors).
- Demonstrated success driving large, complex consulting engagements in a matrixed, fast-paced environment.
- Experience shaping thought leadership, industry perspectives, or go-to-market offerings in the nuclear domain.
- Prior experience at a leading consulting firm.
- Exceptional leadership presence, communication skills, and the ability to simplify complexity for executive audiences.
