Essential Job Functions:\n•\tDevelop and execute marketing plans and campaigns that align with the company's business goals.\n•\tManage a team of marketing professionals, overseeing project execution and ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.\n•\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are synchronized with the company's objectives.\n•\tParticipate in market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.\n•\tImplement multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content marketing, and traditional channels.\n•\tMonitor and report on key marketing performance metrics, making adjustments as necessary.\n•\tFoster relationships with external partners and stakeholders to expand the company's market presence.\n•\tSupport cross-functional teams in coordinating and executing marketing projects and campaigns.

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 7+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role\n•\tProven experience in marketing and communications\n•\tProficiencies in project management and team collaboration\n•\tA continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology\n\nOther Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a relevant field a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications (e.g., Social Media Strategist) or relevant work experience a plus
