Position Summary:
The Technology Project / Program Manager leads complex, cross functional initiatives at the intersection of technology, communications, and business outcomes. This role partners closely with engineering, IT, product, sales, and executive stakeholders to translate highly technical concepts into clear plans, compelling narratives, and high quality published deliverables. Serving as the primary customer zero champion, the role works with datacenter engineers, SREs, and internal users to capture early adopter, field, and customer insights on Intel products; closes the feedback loop with product and engineering teams; and translates differentiated product capabilities into sales enablement ready messaging for SMG and field teams.
The role requires fluency across audiences-engaging credibly with end users, design engineers, and product teams-while synthesizing large, complex internal technical documentation into consumable sales enablement, training, and field support assets. The ideal candidate brings strong program management discipline, exceptional written and visual communication skills, and deep experience publishing technical content to ensure complex technology initiatives are communicated clearly, consistently, and credibly at enterprise scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end to end execution of technology centric projects and programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams and business or executive audiences, converting complex IT and engineering input into clear, publishable outputs.
• Lead the planning, development, production, and publication of technical white papers, technical briefs, solution overviews, and executive summaries.
• Partner directly with engineers, architects, and technical subject matter experts to ensure published materials are accurate, precise, and aligned with intended messaging.
• Manage content lifecycles from intake through publication, including reviews, approvals, revisions, and final release.
• Develop executive ready communications and presentations that synthesize technical content into concise, impactful narratives.
• Ensure consistency, quality, and clarity across all published materials, supporting both internal and external enterprise audiences.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors & 6+ years or Masters & 4+ years in Communications, Technical Communication, Business, Marketing, Journalism, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience leading projects or programs in enterprise or technology driven environments, with significant responsibility for technical publications or content delivery.
• 6+ years of experience publishing technical white papers, technical briefs, or similar long form technical content, including hands on expertise with publishing and content tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat), Figma, and WordPress or comparable CMS platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience supporting large, matrixed enterprise or global technology organizations.
• Demonstrated ability to work directly with engineering or IT organizations to produce technically rigorous publications.
• Strong portfolio of published technical or enterprise level content (internal or external), including white papers, briefs, or solution documentation.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $142,060.00-200,560.00 USD
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Work Model for this Role
