Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• Experience with infrastructure capacity planning and management systems.

Preferred qualifications:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience establishing and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process health and efficiency gains.
• Experience managing the end-to-end New Product Introduction (NPI) capacity planning and management processes.
• Experience leading efficiency measurement efforts within the internal customer or partner organization.
• Knowledge of SQL, comfortable writing scripts and building dashboards.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. You plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life-cycle. As a Technical Program Manager in OneFleet, you will drive technical projects across products, compute infrastructure, and capacity delivery processes and tooling. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Collaborate with infrastructure demand and capacity planning teams to identify and implement efficiency improvements across the fleet.
• Enable capacity onboarding for new products.
• Work with cross-functional teams to translate efficiency goals into executable plans.
• Track, communicate program status, and present the teams analyses and recommendations to cross-functional internal stakeholders and C-level executives.
