• Experience in electrical, electronics, hardware, or software engineering.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience working in data center operations.
• Experience in product quality, machine learning, compute, or storage.

About the jobAs the Technical Program Manager, you will inspire people and organizations as a change agent for the improvement of Google Data Center hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) deployments, builds, and quality. The team's mission is to drive Google Data Center machine and rack infrastructure quality and ensure continuous improvements in quality from development through full production entry.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $163,000-$237,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Set quality goals.
• Collaborate with product and data center quality engineers in coordination with development engineering.
• Lead data analysis efforts to track trends and identify quality/reliability escapes.
• Manage cross-functional teams including data center technicians, hardware and software engineering, and manufacturing quality engineers.
• Partner with supply chain, logistics, data center operations, reliability, and product and supplier quality teams in support of continuous improvement.
