The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify work problems, define program goals, prioritize deliverables, and assess program impact.
- Translate stakeholders needs into program goals and prioritized deliverables with minimal assistance, and contribute to decisions on goal and deliverable prioritization.
- Define scope of projects and develop, execute or manage project plans for supported programs.
- Monitor program metrics, identify potential deviations, and define corrective actions for critical issues.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders across one or more teams to drive impact and achieve mutual goals.
