• 2 years of experience in program management.
  
• Experience with data analysis using SQL or dashboard development tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
• Experience in supply chain or data center operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Experience influencing executive leadership by translating complex data into clear narratives and visualizations.
• Experience managing the full lifecycle of data-driven solutions, from technical data modeling to the delivery of strategic operational insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Design and implement the processes, systems, and analytics frameworks required to support Google Server Operation's global growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data needs into intuitive visualizations and dashboards.
• Develop "what-if" models, data pipelines, and advanced analytical toolkits that improve the responsiveness of Google's infrastructure.
• Act as a trusted expert in data center solutions, providing technical and operational guidance to executives and external partners.
• Manage the lifecycle of data-driven solutions, ensuring they meet the technical requirements of our leads and the strategic goals of our partners.
