The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead design for automation discussions with the engineering team. Scope potential automation solutions to design problems.
• Develop manufacturing assembly processes via cross-functional collaboration with product design, quality, and operations teams to ensure excellent manufacturability and product quality.
• Provide on-site support for prototype builds. Oversee automation vendor engagement and equipment bring-up and maintenance.
• Assess manufacturing processes through the use of statistical methods and six sigma techniques. Define data collection requirements, identify root causes of yield loss, manufacture process non-conformities, and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Evaluate existing factory processes and identify opportunities for savings and improvement through the use of automation.
