Description
Job DescriptionWe are:
Accenture Song accelerates growth and value for our clients through sustained customer relevance. Our capabilities span ideation to execution: growth, product and experience design; technology and experience platforms; creative, media and marketing strategy; and campaign, content and channel orchestration. With strong client relationships and deep industry expertise, we help our clients operate at the speed of life through the unlimited potential of imagination, technology and intelligence. Visit us at: www.accenture.com/song
You are:
A strategic thinker and marketing leader who thrives in dynamic environments. You excel at building relationships, driving alignment across teams, and translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies. You are passionate about technology, adept at managing complex projects, and skilled at communicating value to both internal and external stakeholders.
You bring three core capabilities to the table:
Commercial Acumen: Experience influencing OEM roadmaps and aligning GTM strategy to measurable revenue impact.
Structured GTM Leadership: Ability to own E2E launch planning, cross-functional orchestration, and global co-marketing execution with clear outcomes.
Executive-Level Stakeholder Management: Comfort operating across Sales, Product, and partner executives while proactively managing timelines, risks, and tradeoffs.
The Work:
The Partner Marketing Manager is a strategic leader who will bridge our clients go-to-market (GTM) priorities with partner-led initiatives-especially with key OEM accounts. The PMM is responsible for aligning marketing strategy, managing budgets, and driving measurable impact across campaigns and product launches. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational excellence, and collaborative partnership to deliver results.
Strategic Alignment: Define marketing priorities and strategy to support the clients product and sales goals in collaboration with key partners.
Partner + Client 'Better Together Narrative': Collaborate with marketing and sales to articulate the unique value that Partner + Client bring across data center and AI products, informing launch, marketing, and sales enablement.
Campaign Execution: Lead execution of global GTM programs and regional marketing initiatives, including sales trainings, demand generation, and product launches that have revenue impact and measurable growth targets. Ensure GTM planning, prioritization across partners, and proactive risk management to ensure execution does not slip.
Budget Stewardship: Manage MDF (Marketing Development Funds) and CCF (Contra Co-Marketing Funds) in partnership with the clients Global Partner Marketing (GPM) team.
Partner Engagement: Work closely with partner marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and integration of messaging across platforms. Influence on partner roadmap alignment and sell-in strategy, not just campaign integration.
New Product Introduction and Launch: Drive launch activations and sell-in strategies for new Intel products across partner platforms.
Qualification
Here's what you'll need:
- Minimum 8+ years of marketing planning or product strategy experience including:
- Deep knowledge of high tech and data center technologies, including laptops, OEM servers and AI technologies
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Self-motivated and reliable
- Experience in partner marketing, product strategy, and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with partner (OEM, ISV, VAR, etc.) GTM models and co-selling frameworks
- Deep understanding of Intel's platform priorities and messaging frameworks
- Extensive experience in marketing design, especially web experiences and digital touchpoints including CRM, media, and communication/content strategy
- Experience leading strategy and/or marketing programs in a complex business and enterprise marketing environment
- Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, good researcher, and shepherd of strategic ideas in design and client review processes
- Subject matter expertise in digital strategy and integrated marketing, with proficiency in designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels
- Experience building out assets for client workshops and business development
- Familiarity with how business goals influence digital KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance
