Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience in people management, supervision, or a team leadership role.
• Experience with building, scaling and leading recruiting teams for a large, complex business unit.
• Ability to manage executive stakeholders in a fast-paced organization.
• Excellent business acumen with the ability to connect people plans to business outcomes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
