Intel is transforming under its IDM 2.0 strategy, aiming to build a foundry for both internal and external customers. Intel Foundry's Supply Chain Enablement (SCE) Team seeks an experienced Supply Planning Integrator. This position centers on creating, leading, and overseeing projects related to integrating new products or customers within Intel Foundry's supply chain planning. If you want a role with significant impact on Intel Foundry's direction, this could be a great fit. The responsibilities of the Integrator are as follows:
• Project planning: Deliverables, dependencies, owners, due dates, links to other related plans (e.g., Deployment Plan, Testing Plan, Development Plan).
• Progress Monitoring: Manage the deliverable reviews and approval processes for E2E supply planning, within required product timelines; recording of Minutes of reviews and related approvals for deliverables.
• Project Plan Validation: Review and validate the project plan, ensuring it accurately reflects the scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Change Management: Collaborate closely with the change management team to ensure effective communication of changes resulting from the transformation to all stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and relevant project artifacts.
• Reporting: Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Manage escalations: Take accountability for the de-escalation process, coordinating recovery activities, negotiations, and stakeholders' engagement as necessary; seek support when needed.
• Working within the business process framework to decompose processes; analyzes, simplifies, and optimizes processes based on findings.
• Organizing business design sessions and blueprinting to arrive at the future state tool, process, and people design.
• Possessing effective communication and customer engagement skills, provides input to system design, making decisions for functionality and configuration, gauging, and measuring data quality levels and providing troubleshooting support.
• Comprehending the wholistic end to end business process and ability to drive various teams to document next levels of detail for business process execution.
• Providing subject matter expertise and experience to tackle business challenges.
• Developing deep line-of-business and operations acumen to help identify and manage the process improvements needed including identification of new or improved business capabilities.
• Driving the post design detailed end-to-end Business Process flow mapping.

This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Qualifications:
Qualifications: For consideration, the candidate must meet the minimum qualifications. Preferred qualifications are additional considerations beyond the minimum and are a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Industrial / Systems Engineering, or related field of study).
• 3+ years of Demonstrated experience in Intel supply planning or similar complex initiatives within internal supply chain or semiconductor manufacturing AND Intel's Supply Planning processes and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of foundry and/or OSAT standards and practices.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. * Job posting details (such as work model, location or time type) are subject to change.
