As a Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimizing Intel's supply chain strategies to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Your work will directly influence critical business decisions by balancing supply and demand constraints, addressing inventory challenges, and enabling efficient material flow across Intel's global ecosystems. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative plans and forecasts, driving impact across revenue, warranty, and operational goals. By collaborating with suppliers, internal stakeholders, and subcontractors, you will be a key contributor to the success of Intel's cutting-edge products and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and optimize supply chain planning schedules, forecasts, materials, build plans, and capacity requirements to meet customer and business needs.
- Conduct scenario planning for engineering, products, processes, and inventory strategies to support decision-making.
- Analyze and resolve inventory issues, ensuring efficient flow and alignment with short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Provide quantitative and qualitative inputs to demand management, optimizing supply-demand balance within operational constraints.
- Plan, prepare, issue, and control supply chain schedules and materials requirements to achieve business goals.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure seamless material management and mitigate potential risks in supply chain operations.
- Evaluate supply chain capacity needs and capabilities, aligning them with strategic business objectives.
- Interface with subcontractors to negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and ensure high performance.
Qualifications:
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Knowledge and/or experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school, work and/or classes and/or research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience in supply chain planning tools, systems, and/or data analytics.
- Experience with inventory management processes and/or supply-demand balancing strategies.
- Experience with supplier coordination, subcontractor negotiations, and/or material management best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD degree
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain planning methods, including scenario analysis and capacity forecasting.
- Proven track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective engagement with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Prior experience working in fast-paced, technology-driven industries is an advantage.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00
The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific compensation range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
Work Model for this Role
This role is available as a fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need. However, you must live and work from the country specified in the job posting, in which Intel has a legal presence.
