- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.

About the jobThis role sits within the Product GTM team, tasked with accelerating Large Customer Sales (LCS) YouTube business growth across the region via the development and adoption of products, tools and program best practices. As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you will be responsible for high profile sponsorships, sports strategy, live TV and premium products. These solutions are critical to driving incremental business growth in our upfront partnerships as well as capturing linear and streaming budgets. In this role, you will deliver on the core product go-to-market. You will design and deploy regional activation programs to sellers and video specialists. You will provide thought leadership on product activation and execution. You will be fueling the connectivity with GPS, YouTube and Sales Specialists.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.
For United States Applicants:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Lead projects at the Americas scale that shape the future operating model and support long-term business priorities, oversee multiple opportunities simultaneously and design organization wide processes to ensure long-term goals are being defined and met.
- Define, align upon and execute against priority regional product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and activation priorities, metrics, and strategies.
- Work with internal stakeholders cross-functionally to deliver solutions that meet our business objectives and influence global stakeholders to build solutions for regional needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of product and business data to identify trends, insights and intelligence to support decision making and activation.
