Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• 11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
• Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Preferred qualifications:

• Advanced degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with R, SQL, spreadsheets, or similar analytics tools.
• Experience working with product and engineering teams.
• Experience in risk management and data governance in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $177,000-$257,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Oversee the development, deployment, and evolution of scalable processes and team operating models.
• Develop and deploy data insights through centralized reports, dashboards, and other visualization tools.
