The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Lead the product goal and definition of music artist and fan experiences across YouTube's products, and manage design work effectively across multiple projects and communicate priorities to your team.
- Collaborate with Program Manager (PM) to own and execute the design process end-to-end with minimal guidance, and build strong relationships with PM and Engineering partners and work cross-functionally to develop a user-centered product goal for AI assisted viewer and creator experiences, then align on logical, iterative steps to get there over time.
- Produce deliverables such as mocks, wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and carefully crafted visual specs.
- Define, design, and advocate progressive thoughtful applications of AI to support.
- Drive product innovation through ideation, concept development and user testing, and contribute to a creative and supportive UX culture that values critical feedback in the pursuit of excellence.
