Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
Experience in design (e.g., proportions, color form, typography presentation).- Experience building and developing design systems in Figma.
- Experience in User Experience (UX) or motion design.

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related field.
- 12 years of experience in product design or UX.
- 5 years of experience working in a complex, cross-functional organization.
- 4 years of experience leading design projects.
- 3 years of experience working with executive leaders.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.

The job of an Interaction Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical. In an Interaction Designer role, you'll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for billions of people around the world-from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Researchers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process-from creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $178,000-$265,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
- Drive a holistic design process, design system or design language across teams or products.
- Drive design solutions based on user insights, business needs and industry trends that further business outcomes.
- Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research and testing.
- Develop innovative prototypes in collaboration with internal teams and external expert practitioners.
