Location: Hybrid with up to 50% travel to client location. Candidates located within 25 miles of a DXC office will be required to work onsite 2 times per week.
Role Summary:
- Own solutioning, storytelling, and deal strategy for enterprise agentic AI programs (e.g., Accounts Payable automation, enterprise observability agents, risk/compliance).
- Lead discovery, value engineering, POVs/demos, and RFPs. Collaborate with architects/engineering to shape compelling multi-cloud solutions across Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock/SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Dataiku, Microsoft Fabric, Databricks.
What You'll Do:
- Lead discovery workshops, build value hypotheses, and define outcome-based roadmaps.
- Design high-impact demos/POVs that showcase agent planning, tool-use, memory, RAG, and safety/guardrails.
- Create solution architectures (with Architecture) including RAG patterns, guardrails, eval pipelines, LLMOps, and security/compliance posture.
- Drive RFP/SOW responses, pricing & BOMs; handle procurement, risk, and data sovereignty objections.
- Position against competitors (e.g., Palantir) and adjacent data platforms (Fabric/Databricks/Snowflake).
- Package repeatable offerings: playbooks, demo scripts, reference decks, ROI/TCO calculators, case studies.
- Maintain partner collateral and certifications (Azure/AWS/GCP/Dataiku/Databricks); track competitive intel.
- Enable field teams with talk tracks, objection handling, and win stories.
Qualifications:
- Proven pre-sales leadership in enterprise AI; able to whiteboard agentic architectures and governances.
- Hands-on ability to configure or coordinate demos on Azure AI Foundry/Azure OpenAI and one of: AWS Bedrock/SageMaker or Google Vertex AI; familiarity with Dataiku for governed flows.
- Understanding of RAG, guardrails/safety, evaluation, LLMOps, and compliance (PII/PCI/PHI, GDPR; model risk in banking).
- Strong executive communication, narrative building, and ROI/TCO modeling.
Nice to Have:
- Domain depth in BFSI or CPG or HLS
- Some experience or understanding of Enterprise Observability/ITOM (ServiceNow, Datadog, Dynatrace, Splunk).
- Familiarity with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, LangGraph, Prompt flow.
- Partner certifications (Azure AI, AWS, GCP, Databricks, Dataiku).
Demonstrate familiarity with One or more:
- Azure Track: Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Prompt flow, Semantic Kernel, Fabric, Databricks on Azure
- AWS Track: Bedrock, SageMaker, Guardrails, Kendra, Lambda/EKS, Databricks on AWS
- GCP Track: Vertex AI, Generative AI Studio, GKE/Cloud Run, BigQuery, Looker

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $109,700 - $203,600.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
