Essential Job Functions:\n•\tContribute to the company's business advisory and development strategy and ensure alignment with organizational goals.\n•\tManage a team of business development professionals, offering guidance and support to drive success.\n•\tEstablish and maintain client relationships, working to understand evolving client needs and identify growth opportunities.\n•\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, collaborating with senior leadership to drive market expansion.\n•\tLeverage market insights to bring distinctive ideas and innovations that expand business opportunities.\n•\tAssist the sales and marketing teams in achieving their targets by providing strategic input.\n•\tContinuously analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.\n•\tContribute to revenue growth through effective sales and business development efforts, ensuring targets are met.\n

Basic Qualifications:\n•\tBachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience\n•\tTypically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role\n•\tProven experience in driving business development and advisory initiatives\n•\tProficiencies in sales strategies, market analysis, and technology trends\n•\tA continuous learner who stays abreast of industry knowledge and technology advancements\n

Other Qualifications:\n•\tAdvanced degree in a relevant field is a plus\n•\tRelevant certifications (e.g., Sales Leadership, Sales Enablement, Business Development) are a plus
