We have a suite of interesting problems we are solving as we think about improving navigation experience as well as end-to-end mapping in the ridesharing space from the driver to rider experience. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $141,000-$202,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Triage product or system issues and debug/track/resolve by analyzing the sources of issues and the impact on hardware, network, or service operations and quality.
• Empower third-party developers to supercharge their apps through Google APIs.
• Work with customers to get their input and to develop vertically-oriented Software Development Kits (SDKs).
• Work closely with the cross-functional team of Engineers, UX, Technical Solutions Engineer, Developer Relations, Product Managers supporting the Maps API products.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
