• 3 years of experience in building software for data privacy or security (e.g., identity and access management).
• 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
• 2 years of experience in a people management or team leadership role.

Preferred qualifications:

• 3 years of experience with working in a matrixed organization.
• Experience with development or hardware-based security.
• Experience with security.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the Platform Attestation Team in the Cloud Infrastructure Security organization. Define team priorities that support the organization's goals. Align strategy, processes, and decision-making across organization.
• Set expectations with people based on their level and role and aligned to the organization's goals. Meet regularly with people to discuss performance and development and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop the technical goal and roadmap within the scope of the team. Evolve the roadmap to meet anticipated future requirements and infrastructure needs.
• Align with partner teams on the technical directions and system designs.
