Global Business and Operations (GBO) Engineering is an embedded product and engineering team within Google's Ad business organization. We build AI-first consumer-grade internal tooling for sales, marketing, and service teams.

As a UX Designer, you will lead design for a new investment in the agency business space a zero-to-one effort with the opportunity to significantly shape a product offering. You will define the design direction for this area, collaborating closely with product and engineering to deliver impactful tooling to enable Google's agency sales teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Design AI-first experiences with a high bar for craft, defining the design language and ensuring functional excellence for Agency tooling.
• Advocate UX-led processes, including design sprints, critiques, and reviews, for cross-functional peers and stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end execution from initial concept to final spec delivery, employing skills from wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
• Partner with Product Manager, Engineering, and various UX disciplines to find design solutions for business and technical requirements.
• Communicate designs to stakeholders with strong rationale and collaborate with engineers to ensure implementation meets exact specifications.
