Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in a a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
- Experience with software or hardware product launches, New Product Introduction (NPI), and managing enterprise software and master data systems.
- Experience managing business operations, executive communications, and lead teams (100 ) including Executive Director and VP levels.
Preferred qualifications:
- 15 years of experience with product management, technical program management, or engineering.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with software and hardware product launches and new product introductions.
- Experience launching and managing enterprise software applications and master data systems.
- Ability to develop executive ready communications and influence cross-functional leadership including stakeholders.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
In this role, you will optimize processes, systems, and data for high-velocity execution. You will coordinate across Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Centers, and Finance to ensure seamless operations. Driving executive-facing communications, you will provide technical direction and facilitate rapid decision-making to achieve globally optimal outcomes. You will have experience in software or hardware production launches, enterprise software development, and master data systems. You will possess leadership skills to influence executive technical and executive leaders at the VP level, alongside meaningful business operations experience. You will deliver an efficient, sustainable resource ecosystem outpacing Google's growth. This role offers an intellectually challenging environment and will help us manage some of infrastructure's most critical programs.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $227,000-$320,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Be a thought leader within Google and industry on the subject-matter domain of the respective organization.
- Establish a schedule for portfolio reviews, decision making, prioritization, and resource management, whereby improvements and the impact can be felt organization wide.
- Drive program performance gains correlated to execution velocity.
- Be a change advocate responsible for initiating and leading multiple organizations through pivots needed to address shifts in business trends and priorities.
- Lead planning framework for a program portfolio including direct influence over resourcing decisions, planning cadence, and planning stakeholders.
