About the job
A problem isn't truly solved until it's solved for all. That's why Googlers build products that help create opportunities for everyone, whether down the street or across the globe. As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
Our mission is to build the world's first AI-native game studio that empowers a new generation of aspiring creators to leapfrog traditional technical hurdles. By replacing steep learning curves with a collaborative, co-pilot-driven workflow, we provide a 100x productivity gain transforming game development from a specialized craft into a universal language for personal storytelling, education, and community-led innovation.
We are looking for an AI-first Technical Program Manager (TPgM) who can navigate the ambiguity of a zero-to-one product. You will be the glue between AI research and production-grade game engineering, ensuring that our platform is not only technically sound but also provides a seamless, high-velocity experience for a new generation of creators.
