• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• Experience in large-scale data systems.
• Experience in building Gen AI Agents.

In this role, you will join the Analytics Artificial Intelligence (AI) organization (supporting BigQuery and Looker products) to design software services for data analytics and AI. You will collaborate with a team to research, explore, and develop solutions that use Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI for Google Cloud Data Analytics.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of large-scale software services that revolutionize data analytics, with a focus on Machine Learning and Generative AI applications.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads to launch innovative solutions leveraging the power of Large Language Models, Agents and other advanced AI techniques.
• Navigate unexplored areas by prototyping and researching solutions for groundbreaking ML projects in BigQuery.
• Engage with product managers and customers to decipher requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications, while identifying opportunities to integrate ML and Generative AI solutions.
