Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages.
- 3 years of experience with one or more of the following: speech/audio (e.g., technology duplicating and responding to the human voice), reinforcement learning (e.g., sequential decision making), ML infrastructure, or specialization in another ML field.
- 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, data processing, debugging).
- Experience with AI algorithms, generative AI, and generative AI agent.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in computer science or a related technical field.
- 5 years of experience with data structures and algorithms.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Experience in Google ADK, LangChain, or similar agentic frameworks.
- Knowledge of LLM capabilities, including tool-calling, RAG, and reasoning traces.

We also collaborate with product teams to bring innovations to real-world impact that benefits our customers.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$255,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Collaborate with peers and stakeholders through design and code reviews to ensure best practices amongst available technologies (e.g., style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency).
- Design and manage multi-agent orchestrations, ensuring seamless communication and task hand-offs between specialized agents.
- Drive prompt optimization strategies using iterative refinement techniques to support LLM performance, accuracy, and reliability.
- Design and implement solutions in one or more specialized ML areas, leverage ML infrastructure, and demonstrate knowledge in a chosen field.
