Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  
• 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in managing products from early-stage development to significant user growth.
• Experience in crafting and writing user-centric evals to launch model features.
• Experience in product design sense and a passion for building beautiful, user-centric interfaces.
• Ability to utilize Artificial Intelligence (AI) for prototyping and the transformation of the Product Management (PM) role.
• Ability to solve information issues while building delightful, high-impact artificial intelligence (AI) experiences.

In this role, you will shape a fast-growing, Artificial Intelligence (AI) product. You will build the consumer-facing product for context management to pioneer Artificial Intelligence (AI)-driven informational content creation, to evolve our product into a multimodal and intuitive User Interface (UI), and to relentlessly push models to their fullest capabilities to solve real user problems and help users do more at school, work, and life. You will lead a cross-functional team, manage issues at the frontier of Artificial Intelligence (AI), build and grow a widely used product.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $192,000-$285,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Construct user-centered evaluation rubrics for core agent capabilities and new product directions like Notebook Operating System (NotebookOS).
• Manage new model releases.
  
• Drive a personalization and memories strategy across the product.
• Translate user needs, technical requirements, and goals into detailed product requirements, user stories, and clear specifications for engineering, design, and research teams.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the entire product, using data to measure success, identify areas for improvement, and inform the roadmap.
