In this role, you will bridge the gap between Brand Agreements and YouTube Shopping. You will drive a critical evolution by combining the predictability of flat fees with the upside of affiliate commissions. You will create a seamless creator experience across YouTube products, directly contribute to growing a multi-billion-dollar ecosystem, and establish YouTube as the premier destination for Creator Marketing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Lead a critical pivot: a model combining predictable flat fees with performance-based affiliate commissions.
- Dismantle the silos in brand and affiliate offer management as part of the creator experience.
- Partner with internal teams to develop a roadmap unifying fragmented UI workflows, enabling creators to seamlessly discover, discuss, and fulfill offers from top merchants.
- Help YouTube evolve its business generation ecosystem to make it the most rewarding platform for Creator Marketing.
