Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 6 years of experience with network routing protocols, design and troubleshooting, with network equipment providers.
  
• Experience with planning and designing large-scale networks (e.g., multiple sites, multiple products, etc.).

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C , Go, or Python.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $150,000-$218,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Provide organization's technical advisory function translating business needs into network requirements that leverage our investment in NextGen. Guide customers through product implementation and usage.
• Provide valuable, expert partnership to both customers and core engineering, ensuring organization's innovation is grounded in real-world business problems and solves validated use cases.
• Serve and represent customer within organization's product development lifecycle.
• Partner with business relationship leads to form a functional pod to analyse customer requirements or potential problems and proactively develop solutions and policy recommendations.
• Multiply the effectiveness of the team through design reviews, technical mentoring, and career development support.
