• 10 years of experience in program management.
  
• 7 years of experience in leadership role(s) with or without direct reports.
• Experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence.

Preferred qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing cross-functional/team projects.
  
• Experience in ML lifecycle management.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) or applied AI.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $240,000-$334,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of programs including ODML (On-Device Machine Learning), Gemini Pre-Training Infra and GPU NPI.
• Work with researchers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize features and capabilities across various workstreams.
• Manage workstreams including requirements gathering and risk assessment.
• Identify and solve cross-functional and inter-team issues.
• Design and implement build and operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
