Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 7 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), consulting, or a related function, or an advanced degree.
- Experience executing full-cycle FP&A functions including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and modeling within a multinational company setting.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with FP&A across the full P&L, cash flow.
- Comfort with ambiguity and proven ability to make progress/drive insights with incomplete information.
- Strong time-management skills that empower you to prioritize competing deliverables.
- Strong people skills.
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills, with business judgement to drive analysis and narratives for senior leadership.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$208,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the Cloud business model, integrating rigorous financial analysis with a strategic lens to drive long-term value.
- Build and evolve sophisticated financial models to project long-term P&L, FCF, and ROIC, translating complex business drivers into actionable strategic insights.
- Execute complex analyses with high precision under tight deadlines, ensuring data source reliability and accuracy.
- Synthesize complex cross-functional inputs into succinct, compelling narratives for executive leadership.
