Description
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role, or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- 3 years of experience managing digital marketing and advertising campaigns and relationships with customers or agencies.
- 2 years of project management experience, working in an organization.
- 1 year of leadership experience.
- Experience with digital marketing/online media.
- Understanding of Google products and their advertising opportunities as AdWords, AdSense and YouTube.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $103,000-$148,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
- Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate advanced value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
- Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google's advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth targets.
- Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
- Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified upsell opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.
