Role Overview:

The Scheduler is responsible for managing the end-to-end process of booking participants into case study sessions. This role ensures seamless alignment between participant availability, site capacity, and proctor staffing to directly support service delivery and operational SLAs. The Scheduler maintains participant databases, conducts eligibility screenings, and handles all session-related communications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participant Management: Maintain and update participant databases, including contact information, eligibility status, and scheduling history.
• Session Coordination: Schedule participants based on specific study criteria, site constraints, and resource availability.
• Logistics & Communication: Coordinate logistics with participants regarding location details, required preparation, and compensation while issuing timely confirmations, reminders, and managing cancellations.
• Operational Alignment: Align scheduled sessions with Proctor availability and escalate any resource conflicts to the Proctor Lead as necessary.
• Eligibility Screening: Screen potential participants against study-specific inclusion and exclusion criteria and accurately record outcomes.
• Rapid Response: Provide high-speed scheduling support for priority and ad hoc data collection requests.
• KPI Tracking: Maintain precise records of scheduled and completed sessions to support operational reporting and KPI tracking.
• Dashboarding : update dashboard based on the requirement per study

Onsite at the Client office is required for this role.

Qualification

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of work experience
• Systems Expertise: Proficiency in calendar and scheduling systems.
• Evaluation: Strong capability in participant screening and criteria evaluation.
• Empathy: Participant-focused communication with a high degree of empathy.
• Professionalism: Ability to maintain professionalism in sensitive or complex scheduling situations.
• Adaptability: High responsiveness and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Organization: Disciplined organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• Collaboration: Clear communication with Proctors and Site Leads.
• Logistics: Experience in logistics coordination across multiple locations.
• Data Integrity: Accurate and organized record-keeping skills.
• Communication: Strong written communication for providing clear participant instructions.
• Mandarin Language Skills (for Taiwan) - able to communicate and provide specific instructions to participants in Mandarin and able to communicate English Language for global internal teams
• Dashboarding : strong capability to update and fix dashboards including executing queries
• High School Diploma or GED

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
