The Work:
- Lead the development of workshop content focused on process design, key design decisions, and change impacts across people, process, and technology resulting from future state design.
- Gain a deep understanding of the client's business, with a focus on differentiated and highly complex business processes.
- Conducted Fit-to-Standard Analysis and validate sub-process designs and process flows with stakeholders to ensure requirements are satisfied.
- Oversee planning, estimating, and management of work for Design-Build, including escalation of risks and issues, status reporting, and independent management of assigned workstreams.
- Guide the execution of deliverables and tasks to build solutions, collaborating across process areas and enabling teams (testing, security, data) to develop integrated end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in quality management reviews, ensuring product design and related work products meet requirements.
- Develop detailed functional designs, configure applications, oversee functional unit testing, and conduct demos to Global Process Owners to confirm solutions meet business needs.
- Work with Deployment Teams on Go Live Readiness and support end-user training as required.
- Mentor and coach junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- This is a hybrid role and will require 3 days per week in the office. Preferred location is Nashville, TN.
Qualification
Here's What You Need:
- Minimum of 4 years working with SAP S/4 Retail or related SAP modules in multi-channel businesses, including proficiency in SAP Retail processes (store back-office operations, retail allocation, stock transfer orders) and integration with SAP CAR and POS applications.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have minimum of 6 years work experience.
Bonus Points If:
- You have extensive experience in SAP S/4 transformations and a track record of successful project implementations.
- You have experience with SAP CAR and its configuration.
- You have experience in the Fashion/Retail industry.
- You can configure and customize SAP AP modules to meet business requirements.
- You excel at collaborating with stakeholders to present and drive functional workshops.
- You have proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing teams and delivering complex SAP projects.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
