You Are:
You will be responsible for delivering dynamic support by identifying and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business process. You are expected to serve as a subject matter expert, collaborate effectively, and guide the team to ensure high performance. You will be accountable for team decisions, engaging with various cross-functional groups, and contributing to key strategic and operational outcomes. Additionally, you will provide solutions to complex problems both within your immediate team and across multiple teams. You must possess expert-level proficiency in SAP PP, PP-PI, APO, IBP.
The Work:
- Responsible for analyzing, developing, and improving process flows.
- Monitoring Day-to-Day activities like system monitoring and dashboard monitoring.
- Collaborate with business users for critical business processes and define detailed requirements, use cases, as well as design continuous improvements over time.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, implement best practices and be responsible for team decisions.
- Provide training and support team members on new processes and tools.
- Architect and manage the global demand planning process, ensuring robust statistical forecasting, demand signal integration, and scenario planning.
- Resolve production critical incidents across shop floor execution, Order processing, confirmations, backflushing, material staging.
- Capable to troubleshoot master data issues involving BOM, routings, work centers, recipes, inspection plans.
- Analyze and fix issues between SAP PP/PP-IP and MM, QM, PM, EWM
- Cross functional collaboration between supply chain teams, to ensure alignment demand plans with business objectives.
- Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
This is a hybrid role in Houston, TX and requires 3 days per week in the office.
Qualification
Here's what you need:
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP PP/PP-PI, Supply chain planning role.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in APO, IBP modules like IBP demand, IBP S&OP.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If associate's degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.
Bonus points if:
- Experience in SAP QM, PM
- Familiar with integration points between SAP modules MM, PM, QM.
- Experience with analytics and scenario modeling tools, SAP analytics cloud
- Experience writing Functional Specifications independently and should have good work experience dealing with critical production incidents and design enhancements
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
