Description

- Experience within a supply chain, procurement, or category management environment, with a strong understanding of related data and metrics.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with statistical programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into effective investigative solutions and insights.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Define the overarching analytics goals, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for contracting, ensuring alignment with the strategic priorities of Category Management and Contracting.
- Partner with category managers, center of excellence leads, and other stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into specifications for Contracting investigative solutions, reports, and dashboards.
- Advocate the use of Contract data and analytics to uncover trends, identify root causes, and provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance data literacy and analytical skills across the organization.
- Identify and prioritize key analytic initiatives and projects that will deliver the highest value and impact to the organization.
