- Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems such as Oracle, SAP, etc., integrations with boundary systems.
- Experience with implementations of supply chain tools.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with Contract Manufacturing.
- Experience in driving systems capabilities, requirements, business process designs, testing and training.
- Experience with data centers or AI/ML hardware manufacturing.
- Familiarity with inventory management, procurement processes, and financial reconciliation.

As a Program Manager, you will orchestrate industry-leading supply chain execution by partnering directly with our Contract Manufacturers to streamline procurement, logistics, and reverse supply chain operations. You will navigate complex demand cycles and leverage systems like SAP to ensure our digital infrastructure supports the speed of manufacturing. You will be part of our digital evolution, bridging the gap between business needs and technical reality by mapping intricate process flows and translating requirements into functional designs.
In this role, you will be sustaining business critical processes, resolving critical gaps and designing the solutions necessary to close them. You will take ownership of high-stakes programs of work, utilizing your business acumen to drive digital transformations and ensure flawless execution from the initial concept through to global deployment. By aligning our operational processes with modern digital capabilities, you will remove friction and create the seamless environment required to power innovation at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Implement and sustain supply chain execution at contract manufacturing sites in support of business operations focusing on procurement, logistics, reverse supply chain etc.
- Develop and deliver digital capabilities/enhancements as per project/product roadmap focusing on Contract Manufacturers and execute delivery per project plan, identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and align stakeholders with communications.
- Develop and articulate tactical plans and roadmap for projects (e.g., project plans, milestones, timelines, etc.), and keep team processes running smoothly.
- Collaborate closely with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams to evaluate gaps in existing processes, platforms and drive the business case for transformation.
- Translate business requirements to functional and technical designs, map end-to-end process flows through collaboration with partner teams and review integration, user acceptance and associated program test plans.
