Description
Job DescriptionLead a results-driven product management team serving as the central force behind the strategy, design, development, and go-to-market activities for core ERP products. Oversee and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
As a Senior Director in the Product Development division, you will lead a high-performing team responsible for defining product specifications and strategy, while actively engaging with customers to deliver solutions. You will provide vision and expertise at the forefront of technology, guiding the development of new products, services, and processes. You'll recommend and justify enhancements to existing offerings, contributing to strategic planning across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons. Your role will also involve gathering and analyzing market and customer information, refining product specifications, and reviewing design documentation. You will clearly articulate product strategy and functionality, foster strong cross-functional relationships, and help ensure successful and timely product releases in alignment with corporate objectives. Regular interaction with senior leaders and executives will be a key part of ensuring the achievement of unit goals. To succeed, you must demonstrate exceptional leadership, people management, and customer success skills, along with strong communication and analytical abilities. A deep understanding of product development and management, combined with the ability to influence and drive decisions at all organizational levels, is essential. This dynamic role will challenge you with varied and complex assignments requiring sound, independent judgment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and advise business leaders, including CxOs and key decision-makers, throughout complex ERP digital transformation initiatives.
- Extensive experience presenting innovative proposals to executives and identifying solutions that drive measurable improvements in customer adoption and satisfaction, supported by both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Proven product development mindset, with a commitment to delivering best-in-class applications and solutions.
- Strong track record of building, leading, and motivating high-performing teams with disciplined prioritization and flawless execution.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Expertise in developing and implementing processes and methodologies to execute on strategic objectives.
- Experience working with geographically distributed teams, customers, and partners in a global business environment.
- Proven ability to work effectively across functions including Customers, Sales, Partners, Engineering, and Customer Support on requirements gathering, solution design, resolving issues, successful implementations, and communicating product vision.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $155,600 to $338,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
