Description

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, data science, engineering, physics, economics, a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with analysis applications (e.g., extracting insights, performing statistical analysis, or solving business problems), and coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL) (or 2 years of experience with a Master's degree).

About the jobThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$198,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across multiple functions to measure quality and quantity of place data through a combination of modeling, agentic operators, and logs analysis.
• Prioritize and communicate data needs, making recommendations and driving implementation for data curation efforts to improve Maps user experiences.
• Design and implement attribution metrics for stakeholder programs. Conduct analyses and influence organizational priorities for focused investments.
• Utilize experimentation and causal analysis to demonstrate effects of data quality and coverage on user behavior and product usage.
