Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 10 years of experience related to vendor management, procurement, partnerships or supply chain operations.

Preferred qualifications:

• MBA, graduate degree, or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing complex programs and projects, and developing and implementing project plans.
• Experience in contingent workforce management.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, including the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders, and effectively manage conflict.
• Ability to manage and communicate change across all levels of an organization, from executives to front-line employees.

As a Product Area Business Partner, you will play a critical role in successfully delivering extended workforce models across Alphabet. You will help product areas, bets, and functions mature their extended workforce strategy and support the execution of key initiatives. You will act as an advocate for Extended Workforce Solutions (xWS) in a challenging space that must balance immense, ever-changing legal requirements with complex operational excellence. Your role is key in executing our key initiatives and delivering value to our partners.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic thought partner to deliver collaborative initiatives to meet business objectives that are mutually beneficial.
• Partner with product area extended workforce management in planning and execution of their unique resourcing model to achieve shared goals and objectives.
• Own strategic recommendations and drive roadmaps across multiple workstreams.
• Garner data insights to inform decision-making.
• Represent xWS broadly and discover opportunities to improve existing processes, systems, and solutions.
