- Support event and customer-facing materials in coordination with ISB marketing and event teams.
Execution and workflow
- Manage multiple projects concurrently and deliver against tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Own the review and revision process, incorporating feedback efficiently while maintaining design integrity.
- Maintain organized file structures, version control and a shared repository of executive presentation assets.
- Ensure a consistently high bar for accuracy, typography, spacing, and overall visual polish.
Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Creative Strategist, Content Strategists and Social Media Strategist to execute visual storytelling aligned to approved narratives.
- Work with the Director of Marketing to ensure design output supports ISB marketing priorities, campaigns, and executive communications.
- Collaborate with content owners, event leads, and stakeholders to deliver against defined objectives.
Who You Are
- 5+ years of experience in presentation and graphic design, ideally supporting executive-level or customer-facing work.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
