Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
  
• Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
  

Preferred qualifications:

• 
  Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in Human Resources (HR) and Talent policies and practices.
  
• Ability to accumulate consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
• Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $219,000-$305,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

• Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
  
• Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
  
• Translate company-wide OKRs into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
  
• Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution; use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
  
• Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
